Our first ever “Girl’s Night Out” was held on Tuesday night, July 31. This evening was devoted to the young women of Calvary Chapel El Monte between the ages of 15 & 25. The night began with fellowship, food (catered by Petrillo’s) and a candy bar. Cynthia Garcia led us in worship and then Stephanie Saldana shared a message entitled “A Simple Trust” based on Proverbs 3:5-6 and Psalms 9:10. We ended the night with Sheila Rodriguez showing us how to paint on canvas. What a wonderful night it was!
All the sisters are encouraged to watch the study below – and join us next time, if you can.
If you weren’t able to make to our last Marriage Fellowship, you can still hear Henry’s study by clicking HERE. We encourage you to mark your calendars for the second Saturday of each month, as we get together for epic potluck food, fellowship, and a message for all married and engaged couples.
As always, we were blessed at our last Marriage Fellowship with great food, fellowship, and an enriching time in the Word. Here’s a group picture we took at the end of the night (missing Gloria and Johann) and below is the study and link to the notes if you’d like to take some time to invest in your marriage. Pray about joining next time (Saturday, June 9, at 6PM).
The ladies were so blessed with the fellowship, worship (with Gia Lucid), and an amazing Bible study from Hallie Martinez! Thank You Lord for bringing so many ladies out and for Your amazing grace to move in their hearts.

We were blessed to have Danny Bond share the Word at this Ministry Meeting. Danny currently serves as an associate Pastor at Calvary Chapel Golden Springs and is one of the favorite Bible College Teachers there.
All the ladies were so blessed to hear Katie Schmitz share from her heart on the trials and triumphs of being a wife, mom, and missionary in Cambodia. We suggest you take some time, open your Bible, maybe get a box of tissues and be encouraged by her words.
